The conference welcomes papers addressing the broad theme of the Earth, Mine and Environmental Sciences for the Advancement of Strategic Technologies and Infrastructure Development, with a particular focus on (but not limited) the following core topics:
- Strategic Technologies: Perspectives of Earth, Mine and Environmental Sciences
- Earth Sciences for sustainable and climate smart Infrastructure Development
- Earth, Mine and Environmental Education for National Advancement
Each topic encompasses (but is not limited to) the following dimensions:
(i) Applications of advanced technologies such as AI, Big Data, IoT, remote sensing, geospatial analysis, satellite data, numerical modeling, and digital twins;
(ii) Integration of Science, Technology and Policy, enabling evidence-based decision-making, innovative governance, and adaptive regulatory frameworks;
(iii) Global Cooperation & Sustainable Development, addressing the Earth, environment, mine, and infrastructure challenges in an increasingly globalized-yet volatile-world.
